The main goal is to help people understand how their body works and what you can do differently to help achieve the physique you always dreamed of having.
Intermittent fasting and the keto diet is what I mainly focus on to keep body fat low and show off muscle definition. But of course this does not mean you have to have the same approach. I use to eat 5-6 meal through out the day but when I learned about intermittent fasting and the keto diet life became a lot easier for me.
